"Arrived on time, but packaging could’ve been better"
My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging was just okay. The box was a little dented, and the items inside didn’t feel as securely packed as I expected for the price. Nothing was broken, so that was a relief, but I was hoping for better protection overall. I also would’ve liked clearer instructions included, just to make the whole experience a bit smoother...

"Nice scent, not too strong"
I ordered this from heyhanni.com and I’m happy with it. The scent is clean with a little sweetness, but it’s not overpowering at all. It lasts a decent amount of time on me, though I do wish it stayed around a bit longer. Overall, I like it and would give it 4 stars

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered from heyhanni and everything did show up in good condition, but the shipping took longer than I thought it would. I’ve ordered from similar shops before where the tracking updated quickly, so I was a little surprised that this one lagged behind. Nothing was actually wrong with the order, it just felt slow overall. Not terrible, just kind of okay.

"Made My Skin Feel Itchy"
I really wanted to like this, but unfortunately it just didn’t work well for my sensitive skin. After using it, my skin started feeling itchy and a bit irritated, which was disappointing because I was hoping it would be gentle enough for me. It might be fine for someone with less sensitive skin, but for me it felt a little too harsh.

"Not worth the money for me"
I thought this would feel a lot nicer for what I paid, but it ended up being basic. I kept waiting for it to seem worth the price, and it just never did.
It also felt like more effort than it should’ve been, which made the whole thing even more annoying. If I’m paying this much, I don’t want to feel like I have to work to make it worth it.
It’s not terrible, but I’ve bought cheaper things that felt better and were way less hassle. I wouldn’t order it again unless the price dropped a lot.

"Works well after a little patience"
I’ve been using Hanni for a few weeks now, and overall it’s been a good experience. I’ve tried a few similar products in the past that either felt too complicated or didn’t really do much, so I wasn’t expecting instant results. This one did take a bit longer than I thought to show a difference, but I can definitely tell it’s helping. It’s not perfect every single time, but it does what I needed and is easy to use. I’m happy with it so far.
